East Structure Construction near Timpas

  • The CDOT bridge structure replacement project will implement new shoulder closures on US 350 at Mile Point 51.7 and Mile Point 47.1 south of Timpas beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15 to facilitate bridge work.
  • Additionally, a temporary traffic shift is in place between MP 56.5 and MP 56.0 just north of Timpas as crews continue assembly work of a new structure in that location. As a result of this work, direct access to east County Road N from US 350 is temporarily closed and motorists should use County Road 21 to County Road N.
  • Shoulder closures and occasional lane closures on US 350 between MP 56.5 and MP 57.5 are possible for several weeks while crews work on current structures and finish work on two bridge structures completed in late October.
  • All construction schedules are weather and resource dependent.
