This folder contains the entire manual and all of the revisions to the 2013 Project Development Manual made after January 31, 2013. These revisions are formatted so that they can be printed double-sided and inserted as replacement pages in your copy of the manual. Blank (unrevised) pages that appear on the back side of the revised pages have been included in the files for ease of replacement.
