Information about ESB Restricted Projects

When feasible, CDOT periodically restricts contracts to bids or proposals only from certified ESB firms. These contracts may be either professional services (consultants) or construction (contractors), and all other CDOT prime requirements, including insurance, bonding, prequalification, and self-completing 30% of the contract work, apply to these projects.
